At-Home Visits in Poway and North Inland San Diego
Getting out the door isn't always simple. For some people it's the drive, the parking lot and the walk in. For others it's the calendar: two jobs, kids at three different schools and one free evening a week.
So I bring the alignment to you. A home visit is the same gentle Alphabiotic alignment I give at the studio on Poway Road, in your own living room, for one person or for up to five people in one visit. Travel and setup are included.
When getting to the studio is hard
Maybe you're moving more slowly than you used to, you're recovering at home, or you're caring for someone you can't leave on their own. A home visit means you don't have to manage the trip at all. If you're recovering from surgery or an illness, or you're under a doctor's care, check with your doctor before booking, and tell me about it when we talk.
When your household wants to go together
One visit can cover up to five people, so a couple, a family or a parent and grown children can each have an alignment, one after another, without anyone driving anywhere.
When you'd rather keep it private and on your schedule
No waiting room, no traffic, and a time that fits your day instead of mine.
What a home visit looks like
I arrive with my padded portable table and set it up in a quiet room. We start with a conversation, and nothing happens until you've asked what you want to ask.
Then each person has their turn. You lie on your back, fully clothed. I check your leg length and power, hip height and rotation, arm length and power, and the rotation of and tension in your neck. The alignment itself is a gentle, quick movement of the head, under about 15 seconds, and then I repeat the check. It's intended to support balance between the brain's hemispheres and help the body release stress.
Before anything happens, I'll show you the movement and explain it. You decide whether to go ahead. There's no right or wrong way to feel afterward. Just notice how you feel. Many people say they feel calmer, lighter or more at ease. Individual experiences vary.
If getting onto a table is hard for you, tell me when you book and we'll talk it through first. I can help you on and off. The table is made for Alphabiotics, so the alignment is given on it.
Why home visits cost more
A studio hour is shared. A home visit sets that time aside for one household: the drive there and back, setting up and packing the table, and an unhurried visit with nobody waiting after you. Home rates are priced for that reserved time, and travel and setup are always included.
The more people in your household who join, the lower the cost per person. Current home rates and booking are below, and the Pricing page lists studio rates too.

Your first week at home
The first week works the same way at home as at the studio. The second visit comes within 48 hours: the first alignment tends to hold for about 72 to 76 hours, so we meet again while you're still in balance. For that first week there are home 2-visit and 3-visit packs, and the 12-trip home program suits people who'd like regular visits without leaving the house.
Where I travel
I come to homes in Poway, Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, Rancho Santa Fe and Fairbanks Ranch, and along the coast in Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad and La Jolla. If you're not sure your address is in range, call me and ask.
Getting ready for a home visit
• Pick a quiet room with a clear space about 10 feet long and 4 feet wide, for the table and for me to move around it.
• Tell me about access: stairs, gate codes, parking and anything else that helps me find the door.
• Let me know about pets, and anyone else who'll be home.
• Wear comfortable everyday clothes. Everyone stays fully clothed.
• Tell me who's taking part, so I can plan the time.
