Your space. Your community. A thoughtful invitation.

You know the people who come through your studio or community space. A hosted visit lets you introduce them to Alphabiotics within an environment they already recognize, while giving them a clear explanation and a choice about taking part.

Choose the studio service when arranging a visit for your studio setting, or the pop-up hosting service when organizing a pop-up experience. Both are organizer bookings for time. They are not individual attendee reservations.

Before promoting the visit, coordinate the setting, schedule, and participation arrangements. That gives your invitation a practical foundation and helps avoid promising more places or a different experience than the visit can provide.

Wellness studios

Introduce the practice in a space your community already visits, with the hosted session coordinated alongside your existing activities.

Community spaces

Bring people together around a clear invitation to learn about Alphabiotics and decide whether to participate.

Pop-up hosts

Reserve host time for a pop-up occasion. Coordinate participant access and the event details before presenting an attendee invitation.

Help your community understand what you are hosting.

Alphabiotics is a brief, hands-on alignment practice. A participant remains fully clothed on a supportive alignment table while a trained practitioner carries out a precise process involving head and neck movement. The explanation comes first, with room for questions before someone chooses to take part.

As the host, your role is to introduce what is happening, communicate the practical arrangements, and make it easy for people to make an informed personal choice. Vince explains the practice and carries out the hands-on process.

The visit can sit alongside your existing activities. It is offered as a non-medical wellness experience, with each person free to notice their own response and decide what the experience means to them.

From an idea to a visit your community can understand

  1. 01

    Choose the hosting service

Select studio or pop-up hosting time, choose a duration, and review the current booking details before confirming.

  2. 02

    Coordinate your space

Discuss the address, access, suitable area, schedule, and how the visit sits beside your regular activities.

  3. 03

    Prepare the invitation

Explain the actual hands-on practice and voluntary participation. Confirm the participation arrangements before publishing dates or promising places.

  4. 04

    Welcome people to the experience

Help people find the setting and understand what is happening. Each participant can ask questions and decide whether to take part.

A host booking starts the arrangements.

Have the venue address, preferred date, available time, and a description of the space ready. Include access details and any competing activities or limitations that might affect the visit.

The hourly prices for studio and pop-up hosting include travel and setup. Two-, four-, and seven-hour choices are selections of time for the relevant service, not different packages. They do not establish a fixed participant count or an attendee ticket price.

A host booking does not automatically create a public event listing or individual booking places. Coordinate those details before sharing an invitation. If you want to discuss the plan first, choose the optional 15-minute planning call; it does not reserve the hosted visit.
