Attuniva

Privacy

How Attuniva handles information belonging to practitioners who use the platform, and to the clients whose records they keep in it.

What we hold

  • Account information you give us: your name, email address, practice name and sign-in credentials.
  • Practice data you enter or generate: services, bookings, client records, notes, invoices, messages and files. This is yours. We process it to run the platform for you, not for our own purposes.
  • Technical records: sign-in events, audit entries, and error logs needed to operate the service securely.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell practice or client data.
  • We do not use your client records to train models for other customers.
  • We do not place client details or sensitive tokens into marketing analytics.

Your clients

  • For the records your clients create with you, you are the controller and Attuniva is the processor acting on your instructions.
  • The platform includes subject-rights tooling — export and erasure of an individual record — so you can answer a client request without contacting us.

Subprocessors and location

  • We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to run the platform. The current list, and the specifics we can and cannot yet confirm about storage regions and agreements, is published on the Trust page rather than summarised here.

Contact

  • Privacy questions and data requests: use the contact page. We answer requests from account owners.
